Head of Digital

Technology People were engaged by Macquarie Bank in 2019 to recruit the critical role of Director of Digital Innovation.

The role was a lead for a multi-year transformation program.

Our brief was to identify a leader in Digital Innovation, Capability Transformation and Delivery for what would be a very complex Technology Transformation Program.

All digital assets – external and internal – were within mandate.

Our Search was global as the position had been open for 9 months.

Our Process reviewed local and international markets concluding with 2 international and 3 local candidates shortlisted.

A locally sourced candidate was eventually selected as successful – 3 month assignment.

Head of Programmes

Macquarie Bank engaged us after a 12 month search for their Head of Programmes – Transformation.

This key role is to over see a multi year transformation programme across legacy to new platforms.

The assignment had been open with other International and Local Exec Search firms engaged to deliver.

We brought in to help after 12 months to see if we could help.

We ran a process that shortlisted in 4 weeks and successful candidate was selected and on boarded within 3 months.

We were engaged by Ergo IT to deliver multiple strategic programme executives to oversee a 5 year transition programme.

Germany’s second largest insurance group.
Based in Dusseldorf, Germany.

The assignment required international search for individuals with large scale transformation, insurance industry acumen and German speaking capabilities willing to relocate to Dusselldorf.

The outcome was 3 successful hires over 12 months.
